Pay Rent

Options for paying rent:

1. Pay securely by credit card or ACH withdrawal on the Resident Portal.

2. Use Flex - a TMG partner program that allows you to pay rent on a flexible schedule that works for your budget. Find out more here!

3. Pay by check or guaranteed funds at your onsite manager's office. Check with your manager about an after-hours drop box.

Please note that rent is due on the 1st of the month, and is considered past due on the 5th.
